NO ID FORM REQUIRED. Completed class entry forms are to be turned into your 4-H leaders before June 30, 2011. FFA members send them directly to the fair office in Grinnell before June 30, 2011. All entries must be received in the fair office by 5 p.m., July 1, 2011. NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 8, 2011!
1.All birds must be hatched and owned before May 15, 2011. (State Fair – between Jan. 1 & April 1) For more information, check with the fair office.

The test must be performed by an authorized tester (a certificate indicating this test was done and is negative must be presented to superintendent). If you need testing done, contact the fair office for date and time, 236-7959. Certificate must be presented to superintendent PRIOR to birds being placed in cages. Breeder certificates do NOT qualify.
