Complete Class entry form should be turned into your 4-H leader before June 29, 2011.  FFA members send them directly to the fair office in Grinnell before June 30, 2011.  All entries must be received in the fair office by 5 p.m., July 1, 2011.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 8, 2011!

1.Must turn in an ID form to the Extension office by May 15, 2011. 
  Forms may be obtained at the Extension Office.
2.No Health paper required, official fair vet will be available to inspect animals at fairgrounds.
3.Please note general, departmental, and health rules.
4.All entries must be broke to lead.
